Post-Spawn Bass Fishing Tip: "Pretty much ANY creature style bait dragged on the bottom through the beds that I can see. -Weightless fluke with a 1/16 or less Split shot about 6-12in down the line -I have even used suspending Jerk baits with enough belly weights added add towards the front of the bait to cause a extremely slow nose dive right onto the bed, to mimic a baitfish feeding on eggs"

A very underutilized tactic is to just kill the bait. No I’m not talking about a quick pause. I literally mean kill the bait, don’t move it for 10-15 seconds and continue
